The Role
We’re seeking a versatile, hard-working Executive Assistant to join our team. You’ll be working to support our CEO in making sure her working days run as smoothly as silk. No two days will ever be the same working for this new-media company. One day you’re at a press event; the next you’re on location with set designers; the next after that you’re tooling around on an Excel spreadsheet handling research for our brands.
We’re looking for a career EA, someone who wants to grow a small media company into a major player. You’ll be committed to maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and our growing team. Mainly you’ll be dedicated to answering questions before they’re asked, anticipating needs, and using all available tools to create seamless workdays for our CEO.
Organization is not only your strong point, but your passion. You’ll create systems, protocols, and procedures, and organize the chaos of a dynamic media company daily.
