JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Work Experience: 2 years related experience preferred
- Required Licenses / Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to be added to BMH liability insurance
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry skills; basic computer data entry

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists in maintaining physical structure of hospital through duties such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, mechanical and plumbing repairs, and other maintenance department tasks. Performs related primary trade Essential Functions as per applicable trade Job Description (Painter, Boiler Room, Carpenter, Plumber, HVAC, Electrical, or General Maintenance). Attends weekly department project meetings and participates in required Safety Training programs.
