JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Licenses/Certifications: Journeyman Electrical License. Journeyman HVAC License
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
All work is documented on Work Order Requests. Accepts responsibility for ensuring a safe work site as it relates to his/her work and its impact to surrounding areas. This includes use of amo guns, working overhead, use of proper safety equipment, securing of tools in patient areas, etc. Annually reviews and ensures compliance with Joint Commission/State/DNV standards. Ability to communicate effectively through conversation, reports and correspondence. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
