JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Work Experience: Previous experience in food service preferred.
Required Licenses / Certifications: Food handler's certificate. Or will need to obtain and maintain a current food handler's certificate within 30 days of hire.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to work quickly and accurately. Must be able to work well with others and take direction from supervisors.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Works under direct supervision of Executive Chef, Production Coordinator or Supervisor on duty. Job duties include but are not limited to; retrieving, cleaning and putting away of dishes, glassware, tableware, cookware and service items. General cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and any food service area under the Nutrition Departments responsibility. Nutrition Aide is also required to perform any food preparation work or any other task as requested by a member of the departments management staff.
