Job Title: Order Intake Specialist

Job Summary: Bingham & Taylor is seeking a detail-oriented Order Intake Specialist to support our order processing team through accurate and efficient data entry. This role is critical to ensuring timely and precise entry of customer orders into our system. The position is back-office focused — no phone work or direct customer interaction is required. This will be a temporary 90-day assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Fluency in English is required for this position, as effective communication is essential for successful job performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into our ERP system (IQMS)
- Review order documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized digital records of order information
- Collaborate with internal departments as needed to clarify order details
- Follow established procedures and timelines for order intake
- Support continuous improvement of order entry processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Willingness to be trained in IQMS (ERP system)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
