Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Binkelman Corporation, a leading industrial distributor. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
· Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and traditional marketing efforts.
· Coordinate promotional materials and product launches to support sales objectives.
· Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
2. Content Development and Management
· Create and manage content for website updates, email newsletters, social media, and marketing collateral.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
3. Digital Marketing Support
· Assist with managing the company’s website and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
· Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
· Coordinate social media scheduling and engagement to maintain a consistent online presence.
4. Event Coordination
· Organize and support trade shows, customer events, and internal meetings.
· Manage logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities to maximize event ROI.
5. Market Research and Reporting
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
· Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement.
6. Collaboration and Communication
· Work closely with sales, product management, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
· Maintain effective communication with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or B2B environment.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Soft Skills:

Salary: $45,000-$51,433 per year
Location: Onsite, Bowling Green, Ohio.
