The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and business development efforts, including marketing materials and graphic design, to promote overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with marketers and engineers across the company to execute design concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals.
What you will do:
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, proposals, banners, brochures, and flyers.
- Produce and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Assist with announcements, social media efforts, and intranet and website updates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Assist the Marketing team and Project Managers with taking photos and videos as needed.
- Ensure quality and compliance of final documents by reviewing materials for spelling, grammar, style, and quality.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for all divisions to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as directed by the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager.
Who you are:
You are a team player with a professional demeanor focused on performing a variety of support functions. As a self-starter you have excellent time and task management skills. You are an accomplished communicator both verbal and written.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Photography skills are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and visual form
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as in team environments, often under tight deadlines
- Excellent proofreading, formatting, and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Accepts and encourages constructive criticism
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, staff, and external contacts
