We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Website Manager to lead the strategy, content, and performance of our marketing website. This critical role will oversee the continuous optimization and growth of our website as a key touchpoint for educating visitors, driving inbound leads, and providing essential support to our global customers.
You will be responsible for managing the website’s functionality, design, and user experience, ensuring that it aligns with Binks’ global marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including creative, product, and technology—will be key to delivering a seamless and engaging brand experience across all digital channels. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Binks’ digital transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Website Strategy & Performance
- Lead the ongoing strategy and integrations for the Binks’ website, ensuring alignment with company initiatives, acquisitions and marketing campaigns.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and website design to reflect Binks’ brand identity, while ensuring the site meets key performance indicators.
- Regularly audit and monitor website performance, ensuring content is fresh and technical issues are swiftly addressed.
- Implement performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, product, and tech teams to develop new website pages and refine existing ones.Ensure cross-department collaboration to create a cohesive, integrated brand experience across digital touchpoints.Conversion Optimization & Experimentation
Drive conversion rate optimization efforts, including A / B testing, to maximize lead generation and website performance.Leverage data to provide actionable insights, prioritize website improvements, and continually optimize the digital experience.Stay ahead of industry trends by introducing innovative strategies to enhance website performance and user engagement.SEO & Web Presence Management
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, including keyword research and on-page optimization.Maintain a cutting-edge web presence by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Technical Excellence & Accessibility
Serve as the technical owner of the website, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting complex issues.Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and maintain the site’s usability across platforms.Qualifications :
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in website management, preferably within a global or multi-market context.Skills : Expertise in WordPress and CMS architecture, web performance tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Heap), and front-end web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Design & UX : Strong understanding of user experience and interface design, with a keen eye for aligning visuals with brand principles.Leadership : Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative website projects that integrate branding, design, and technology.Data-Driven : Strong ability to leverage data to analyze website performance and drive actionable insights.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adjust priorities as needed.Education : Bachelor’s degree required.Why Join Us?
