What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and computer data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Cheerful working attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Greet and engage customers as they arrive in the store
- Evaluate customer needs and provide assistance with product questions
- Operating the POS and processing payments
- Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance and generate the orders
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout your shift
- Requisitioning of product
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Enter patient information in computer system
