What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - Orthotics & Prosthetics position at Binson's Hospital Supplies Inc.?
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Multitasking and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal supervision
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Maintain and grow existing accounts through effective needs assessment and relationship management
Travel to each assigned Stock & Bill location at least once a week
Manage/inventory stock within each assigned location in order to ensure product quality and availability
Manage the program’s inventory
Complete department cycle counts as scheduled
Collect completed prescriptions (rx) and medical necessity documentation that supports items used
Review and confirm accuracy of information contained in rx/medical necessity documentation
Work with SNB account key contacts to adjust and/or update rx/medical necessity documentation
accurate demographics as necessary
Monitor account orders and associated documents for accuracy by working closely with the department's coordinator
Manage the order process from entry to invoicing

- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
