What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Retail Associate position at Binson's Hospital Supplies Inc.?
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High School diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and computer data entry
Excellent communication skills
Cheerful working attitude
Outstanding customer service skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Greet and engage customers as they arrive in the store
- Evaluate customer needs and provide assistance with product questions
Operating the POS and processing payments
Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance and generate the orders
Cleaning and restocking the store throughout your shift
Requisitioning of product
Answer phones and assist customers
Enter patient information in computer system
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
- Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
