What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager (DME) position at Binson's Hospital Supplies Inc.?
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
2-5 years experience in a leadership role
DME experience or understanding of Medical Field preferred
Able to manage and inspire staff and report to VP
Organized with ability to create reports and do monthly analysis
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Develop and maintain retail sales and promotional materials
Managing Customer Service and Retail team to develop, execute and complete assignments
Responsible for distribution of work to staff and ensuring completion in a timely and accurate manner
Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
Performing employee reviews and assessments
Assist with new employee onboarding and training
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- 659 Florida Central Pkwy, Longwood, FL 32750
- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
