What are the responsibilities and job description for the Road Technician position at Binson's Hospital Supplies Inc.?
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or with medical equipment is advantageous.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical aptitude for understanding and maintaining medical equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Deliver respiratory equipment to patients' homes.
Conduct proper setup and demonstration of equipment usage to patients and caregivers.
Provide comprehensive training to patients and their families on the proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of equipment deliveries, service reports, and patient interactions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
