Position Details
- Responsible for all aluminum and door fabrication through the Rhino saw and manual assembly.
- Be able to cross train team to use the Rhino efficiently.
- Responsible of logistics team and ensuring that product coming in and going out of the shop are inventoried, packaged, stored and shipped correctly.
- Liaise between Project Managers to ensure that all parts fabricated are accurate and error free.
- Work with Superintendents on ad hoc requests that need to be accommodated to service the needs of the customer and meet project deadlines.
- Review shop drawings, purchase orders, packing lists and coordinate with logistics to be aware of the status of receipt of materials for project that is going to be fabricated imminently.
- Initiate and put together a plan to fabricate doors out of stock lengths with the Rhino Saw by working together with CNC programmer that can help program door templates into the saw.
- Adhere to completing production of all orders compliant to One Time, in Full (OTIF) metric.
