- Manage project from estimating / bidding, detailing, product purchasing, delivery, scheduling, installation, and construction administration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all clients including local general contractors and end-users.
- Maintain a library of product knowledge information from current and prospective vendors / manufacturers.
- Collaborate with installation teams to efficiently furnish and install projects.
- Prepare submittals for approval.
- Review project proposal / plan to determine anticipated time frame, funding limitations, procedures to accomplish goals, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Establish work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Manage, plan, and coordinate activities to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.
- Travel is required.
