Pressure Washer, Full Time and Part Time positions available
BinWild Pressure Washing is hiring reliable, experienced pressure washer to join our team. Reporting to our crew leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning outdoor surfaces at our clients’ homes and businesses. This applicant should have at least one year of previous experience, a driver’s license, an eye for detail, and the ability to work outdoors in any weather.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive the company vehicle to the job site
- Load and unload equipment from work vehicles
- Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces (e.g., fences, driveways, siding, window cleaning, vehicles)
- Apply detergent safely as needed
- Check equipment for good working order and water supply
- Inspect surfaces for any missed spots after cleaning
- Review completed work with the customer
- Bring hoses and equipment back to the office for proper storage
- Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and client property
- Accurately log billable hours using a time tracking app
- Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers using our pressure washing app
Qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of previous experience using pressure washing equipment
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to lift heavy equipment (50 pounds) and complete standing work in all weather
- Quick learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients
- Can work independently and as part of a team environment
- Can communicate well (multiple languages are a plus)
- Experience using scheduling apps or routing apps preferred (training can be provided)
Working hours:
- Mon–Sun, Days and Evenings
- Multiple shifts available
Compensation:
- $18–28/hour (based on experience)
- Performance bonus opportunities
This position will require a background check upon hire.
