Inside Sales:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Obtain orders from customers for delivery on regularly scheduled deliveries.
- Maintain customer relationships and market new products to existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database, keeping records up to date.
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives or management to arrange personal visits to prospects if necessary.
Office:
- Call existing customers to obtain orders.
- Answer phones and provide assistance.
- Ship products via UPS or other methods.
- Assist in loading delivery trucks.
- Initially, the role will involve a roughly 50/50 split between inside sales and office tasks. However, as more time is required for inside sales, office responsibilities may be reduced or eliminated. As a small family-owned business, teamwork and adaptability are essential, and you may be asked to assist with other tasks as needed.
Compensation:
Base: $17.00/hr, paid bi-weekly on Fridays for the previous two-week period. (est. base $35,360 yearly)
Commission: we offer an uncapped commission structure on all 'new account' clients. Commission is paid by the 15th of the following month.
Performance Bonus (when targets are met): at 6 months ($500) and at 12 months ($1000)

Position Requirements:
