Associate Art Director

Overview

As an Associate Art Director at Bio-Rad, your day will be a balance of hands-on design work and strategic collaboration. You'll start by reviewing creative briefs and aligning with senior team members on upcoming projects.
Mid-morning might involve concepting new digital and print assets for an upcoming campaign. You'll spend part of your afternoon refining layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and providing feedback to designers. The day could end with a stakeholder presentation or brainstorming session to refine messaging and visual storytelling for an upcoming product launch.

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Develop Creative Assets - Execute high-quality visuals across digital, print, video, and event marketing.
• Maintain Brand Integrity - Ensure all creative work aligns with Bio-Rad's brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Support Campaign Execution - Work with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling visual narratives that engage target audiences.
• Collaborate with Teams - Partner with designers, copywriters, video producers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• P present & Communicate Design Concepts - Effectively articulate creative decisions and rationale to peers and leadership.

What You Bring:

You bring 4 years in an agency or in-house creative role, with a focus on marketing campaigns. Technical skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and an understanding of digital/print production workflows. Your creative problem-solving ability allows you to translate complex scientific ideas into visually engaging and accessible marketing materials. A strong attention to detail ensures consistency, accuracy, and high-quality execution in all creative deliverables. Collaboration and communication are key as you work in a team environment and clearly present creative concepts to stakeholders.

Compensation:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $157,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
