Customer Service Representative Order Management
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the dedicated region and ensuring their orders are processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on transactional success for order entry and quality management
- Managing orders for a specific region via various ordering channels: electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker, online (web orders), punchout, and customer-specific platforms
- Contributing to process improvements and enhancing customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness
- Hitting targets set for service level agreements and minimizing audit risk exposure
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Strong customer services experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
