About the Job
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, as well as strong customer service experience. Good MS Office skills and familiarity with SFDC and SAP are also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Maintain high-quality records of customer interactions, providing regular updates until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Finance teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Polish.
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role, including order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SFDC and SAP.
- Able to maintain accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills.
Salary: 850 EUR per month
