Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Service team in Budapest.

Core Functions:

• Ensure order entry, follow-up, stock information, backorder reports, invoicing, claim, return handling, and crediting are completed with accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
• Deal with customer calls and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Log cases and calls with high-quality updates until successful conclusion.
