What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution Warehouse Supervisor II position at Bio-Rad?
You will oversee the distribution team’s daily operations including Outbound, Inbound and Administrative processes. Make dynamic modifications to the typical teamwork assignments of carton induction, procurement, picking, packing, receiving, put away, wave release, and export shipping to meet demand. Provide coaching and training to team members and assist in establishing priorities. Lead daily Team meetings to provide feedback and establish the day’s objectives. Communication and coordination with other departments will be needed to guide the proper processing of all deliveries / shipments.
How You’ll Make An Impact :
- Contribute to meeting the Logistics goals of On-Time In-Full customer shipments, On-Time Receiving, Safety, Productivity, Shipping Accuracy and Inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and communicate with the team on their daily progress towards both individual and shared goals.
- Effectively supervise the proper receipt and storage of both materials and shipping supplies.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and execute projects to implement changes.
- Contribute to a dynamic, global warehouse team.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $91,500 to $137,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
