Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead oversees maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of all manufacturing equipment.

• Manage direct reports responsible for equipment and facilities repairs and maintenance.
• Hands-on manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Research, specify and procure required parts for manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Assist in procurement, installation, and validation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Setup maintenance schedules on all equipment and coordinate activities with planning/scheduling.
• Maintain good housekeeping requirements.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and 5 - 7 years of work-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO regulations preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in GMP setting preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing modern electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on ability with machine tools such as milling machines and lathes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be capable of working effectively in a team environment.

This position requires occasional extended hours and weekend coverage.
