Position Summary :
The responsibilities of this position include manufacturing and assembly of solutions for Hematology Manufacturing Departments according to approved protocols. Operate production equipment. Weigh, measure and check raw materials. Maintain records and clean room environment. Perform other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Weigh chemicals for solution preparation. Manufacture solutions. Adjust pH concentration. Perform filtering. Prepare collecting jugs for the raw material draws. Clean and maintain work areas in accordance with approved protocols. Assist in monthly solutions microbiology testing collection and inventory. Assist other Manufacturing Departments as needed. Monitor DI water system Follows company policies and practices as outlined in Handbook and follow guidelines regarding safety in accordance with the job. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience :
Skills in problem solving; including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate a course of action. Ability to act independently on routine assignments or projects. Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner. Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written. Ability to pay attention to details and perform at a high-level accuracy. Ability to work independently and with a team.
