Senior Accountant Position at BioBridges
BioBridges is seeking an accomplished Senior Accountant to oversee accounting functions and drive financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the finance team through timely month-end close and financial reporting processes.
- Delegate financial responsibilities to AR and AP teams for efficient operations.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accurate financial statements and maintaining a robust internal control environment.
- Assist with audit requests, ensure compliance with US GAAP policies, and properly recognize revenue.
- Identify process gaps and enhancements for timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of Accounting experience.
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Netsuite, or Oracle is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
