Position Summary : Job Responsibilities :
Target Selection and Program Design
- Select and evaluate therapeutic targets with a strong understanding of MOA, druggability, and delivery options.
- Design experimental strategies to advance candidates from Biocytogen’s RenBiologics Antibody Binder / Lead Library toward therapeutic development.
Project Management
Antibody Engineering and Optimization
Lead Evaluation and Development
Collaboration and Reporting
