The Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Biodesix Headquarters.
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet operational objectives.
- You will maintain accurate and complete purchases, confirmation, tracking, and vendor records.
- Timely and accurate entry of purchasing and inventory-related transactions is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze actual material usage compared to forecasted demand within vendor lead times.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitoring and adjusting orders to meet changing needs.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, Word, and industry-standard purchase order software platforms.
- Clear understanding of production planning functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
