The Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Biodesix Headquarters.
This role involves purchasing materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet operational objectives.
- You will perform regular cycle counts of inventory and document findings.
- Work closely with planning and lab operations teams to understand changing demands and adjust orders accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Communicate projections for key materials yearly and review with vendors.
- Monitor vendors that store and manage inventory to ensure required levels are maintained.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
