Requirements
Responsibility:
- Design synthetic route and synthetic plan based on the chemistry plan using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Strong ability of designing the efficient and convergent synthetic route. Skilled in literature search
- Deep understanding on organic chemistry and mechanism
- Expertise in trouble shooting and optimizing multi-step synthesis of small molecules
- Manage a team up to 10 chemists for high-quality delivery of small molecular compounds
- Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor
- 50% time on the bench for trouble shooting, 50% time on team management
- Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, or related fields, graduated from US or EU are preferred
- Undergraduate school in China 985 is preferred
- Good English oral and writing communication skills
