Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic International Business Development Director to spearhead our growth initiatives in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the IVD industry, a strong network within the U.S., and excellent business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
●Lead business development efforts in the U.S., identifying and pursuing opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
●Drive local sales and marketing●initiatives to optimize performance and uncover new business opportunities.
●Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target companies, facilitating market entry and promoting the company’s products.
●Support international business collaborations and projects initiated by the company’s headquarters.
Requirements:
●Over 8 years of business development or sales experience in the IVD industry, with a focus on the U.S. market and a well-established local network.
●Willingness to undertake short-term domestic and international business trips.
●Proven ability to thrive under pressure and navigate uncertainty with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
●Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
●Deep knowledge of rapid test/POCT, biochemical tests, immunoassays, CLIA, and IVD upstream material supplies.
●Familiarity with target companies, including but not limited to leading IVD companies such as Roche, Abbott, Siemens, Danaher, Thermo Fisher, BD, Sysmex, as well as mid-sized local players and ●Chinese companies with significant business in the U.S., such as Mindray, Wondfo, and Orient Gene.
