Primary Duties :
- Design, Analyze, and Present : Oversee comprehensive analysis and presentation of key metrics including revenue, products sold, territories, customer performance, sales manager performance, and author recommendations for future policy / sales procedures.
- Lead KPI Analysis and Reporting : Spearhead the analysis, Sales Force Effectiveness reporting, and support of US Clinical KPIs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), supporting sales, marketing, finance, and commercial operations.
- End-User Support for Tableau Application : Provide advanced support to end-users of the Tableau Application, including troubleshooting, enhancement testing, and publication.
- Develop, Communicate, and Maintain SOPs : Create and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the analytical capabilities of the sales team.
- Trend Analysis and Storytelling : Focus on identifying trends and effectively communicating insights through data storytelling.
- AI Model Development : Lead the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence models using tools like Tableau or MS Power BI.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Dashboard Management : Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and ensure the upkeep of dashboards.
- Additional Responsibilities : Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and multitasking.
