We are looking for an experienced Epic Cadence/ ADT/Prelude/Grand Central support specialist.
Responsibilities
Support Epic for one these modules Cadence/ ADT/Prelude/Grand Central
Operations break-fix tickets, standards changes, maintenance and other as needed
Timely Communication with assigned project managers, team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical team
Escalating any matters that require additional attention
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
2 to 3 years of experience on Epic Support & Maintenance for any one of the modules - Cadence/ Prelude/Grand
Must have a current Epic Certification
Experience in troubleshooting applications, testing, and support
Ability to travel client location 2 to 3 days/week
Preferred
Experience in Hospital or healthcare setup
Additional Epic Certifications
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Salary: $50 - $55/hour
