Lead Developer

We are seeking a Senior Lead Developer with 10 years of experience and deep expertise in PowerShell automation, SQL Server, SSIS, and backend development. This role focuses on automation, documentation, and mentorship within a complex systems environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 60 PowerShell workflows and automation scripts.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases and T-SQL queries.
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for scalable ETL processes.
• Support application development and backend integrations.
• Mentor technical staff and promote best practices.
• Lead creation of ERDs, workflow maps, system documentation, and support guides.

Requirements:

• Expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Strong skills in SQL Server, schema design, performance tuning, and documentation.
• Proven SSIS and data pipeline development background.
• .NET/C# or similar development experience.
• Exceptional technical documentation and mentoring skills.
• Ability to analyze undocumented systems and produce clear documentation.
