- Be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive workforce development and employee engagement strategies that align with and reinforce DOH mission, vision, values, and culture to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of our public health workforce. DOH Culture Promotion:design and implement initiatives to foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, growth mindset, innovation, customer service and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Workforce Planning Strategy Development: with the Director of OWPPD, facilitate and contribute to the workforce development planning, implementation, and monitoring efforts in partnership HR, EEO office and other stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement: elevate employee experience and work environment through focused initiatives to foster inclusion, engagement.
- 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Lunch Duration (Unpaid): 1 hour
