Job Description
- The Division currently has operational needs for a medical professional board certified in Internal Medicine, to assist with clinical issues requiring that certification.
- Experience in policy development, appeal and grievance management, dispute resolution, MCO accountability is preferred.
- Familiarity with our managed care contract, and enforcement thereof, is essential.
- This individual will also need to assist with the development and monitoring of MCO incentives and penalties.
- Review FQHC secret shopper dental survey and the underlying issues they are illuminating
- Analysis related to providers performing well visits on our members without being VFC providers and offering them vaccines
- Proposing action to deal with phantom networks
- Meeting with individual MCOs regarding the issues above
- Initiate group MCO meetings at some point
- Preparation of analyses related to confirming the front-line experiences of our members, their access to care, and the quality of said care in specific areas.
- 9:00AM to 5:00PM
- Lunch: 1 hour (Unpaid)
