Biograph is looking for senior platform engineers to own our cloud infrastructure, empowering our engineering teams to build innovative solutions that reach millions of patients.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING- Member applications - build engaging, user-friendly applications that empower people to manage their health with confidence. NextJS and React Native
- Clinical applications - build innovative tools that elevate the effectiveness of our world-class clinical team. NextJS and Django/FastAPI
- Core services - connect and utilize the world's health data to improve patient outcomes. Help architect modern data pipelines paired with Django/FastAPI python services.
- Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to optimize the development lifecycle by eliminating bottlenecks, automating tasks, and improving developer velocity.
- Own the developer experience, including CI/CD, local environments, compliance, and documentation.
- Lead infrastructure design and implementation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement tools, CI/CD optimizations, and self-service solutions to enhance developer productivity.
- Build and manage container-based platforms and underlying infrastructure (compute, networking, storage).
- Establish monitoring, infrastructure health reporting, and self-healing mechanisms.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation, reliability, and monitoring solutions to enhance system availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex delivery pipeline issues and ensure high-availability systems.
- Stay ahead of platform engineering trends and apply best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability.
- 3 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- Professional experience with the technologies and expectations listed above.
- Able to work in our NYC office (FiDi) 3-5 days a week.
- Excited about applying technology to improve healthcare.
- $150,000 - $200,000 per year
