What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media, Events & Digital Intern position at BioHack Miami?
About us:
Biohack Miami is a fast-growing wellness and longevity startup hosting monthly wellness events that blends cutting-edge treatments, movement classes, and curated guest experiences. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creative intern to support our social media strategy, event operations, and website management. Success in this role means managing multiple projects with confidence, communicating clearly with partners and vendors, and helping build the visual and operational identity of Biohack Miami as we scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up online and on the ground.
Responsibilities
• Support scheduling and publishing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Buffer
• Assist with vendor, teacher, and sponsor coordination for monthly events
• Update and manage the WordPress website (event details, landing pages, media)
• Help prepare internal documents (floor plans, schedules, signage, press materials)
• Contribute to influencer outreach and sponsorship follow-ups
• Capture behind-the-scenes and day-of content at events
• Collaborate with the founders on creative and operational execution
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Instagram, Canva, Google Workspace, Buffer, and WordPress
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Interest in wellness, longevity, fitness, or lifestyle branding
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ideally pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
Compensation:
This is a paid internship. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on experience and availability.
