Essential Functions
HRIS Administration & Data Integrity
The HR Compliance and Systems Manager will lead and manage HR compliance, HRIS (UKG Ready) administration, benefits administration, payroll/tax compliance support, and HR process optimization. This role serves as the company's expert in HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance while driving process improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of independently owning complex HR processes, including system administration, audits, policy governance, and regulatory reporting.
Essential Functions
HRIS Administration & Data Integrity
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for UKG Ready, including system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, security, and compliance, including managing vendor data feeds.
- Develop and deliver HR system reports and dashboards to support compliance, payroll, benefits, and leadership decisions.
- Lead HR process automation and system optimization projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation.
- Lead HR compliance audits, policy governance, and document control.
- Manage workers' compensation claims administration, OSHA reporting, and workplace safety compliance.
- Ensure 5500 filings, ACA compliance, and regulatory benefits reporting.
- Manage benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and 401(k).
- Lead open enrollment processes and manage vendor data feeds and compliance auditing.
- Ensure benefits compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and related laws.
- Partner with HR leadership on compensation benchmarking and market data alignment.
- Ensure compensation data compliance and audit readiness.
- Oversee timesheet review and finalization for payroll processing.
- Manage state payroll tax registrations and compliance.
- Partner with HR and Accounting on quarterly and annual tax and benefits-related filings and audits.
- Lead HR workflow automation and system integrations to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance and operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for workflow optimization and system enhancements.

- Strong understanding of employment law, benefits (FSA, HSA, 401(k)), payroll compliance, workers' compensation, and OSHA.
- Experience managing open enrollment and vendor data feeds.
- Proficient in HR data analytics and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
