Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Software Integrations Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role involves managing, implementing, and optimizing the integration of third-party software systems with our company’s applications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong technical background and experience with cloud-hosted services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective systems integrations, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
Essential Functions:
- Software Integration: Plan, design, and execute the integration of software solutions with existing systems, ensuring high performance and seamless user experiences.
- API Integration: Develop and manage API connections between various internal and external systems to enhance functionality and data flow.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Training & Development to identify integration needs and deliver customized solutions
- Troubleshoot & Support: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients and internal teams.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides to ensure smooth future integrations.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor integrations, gather feedback, and improve performance and reliability.
- Stakeholder Management: Work directly with stakeholders of managing systems and provide regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders regarding requests, requirements, and progress of integrations
- Stay Current: Keep up with emerging trends in integration technologies and software development best practices.
- Technical support: Provide technical support to employees, helping with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations, cloud services, and system performance

Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in administration control and management of cloud-hosted service
- Experience in administering and maintaining various platforms including:
Experienced in Workramp or similar LMS platform
Experienced in UKG Ready or similar HRIS platform
Experienced in Master Control or similar preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
