BioLegend, a division of Revvity Inc., is seeking an energetic Packaging Technician II to join our dynamic warehouse team in San Diego. As a key player in our mission to accelerate biomedical research, you'll ensure the accurate and efficient preparation of our world-class antibodies and reagents for shipment to researchers worldwide.

Your Superpowers in Action

• Pick and process a high volume of products with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy through triple-checking.
• Package specialized Tier II products (ASR, IVD, or GMP) while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to manage inventory and update product locations.
• Maintain an organized workspace adhering to 5S Standards (Sort, Set, Standardize, Shine, Sustain).
• Safely handle and prepare dangerous goods for shipment, following all necessary protocols.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Experience with ERP software (e.g., NAV, Exacta, SAP, or Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality standards while managing a large volume of orders.
• Familiarity with safe handling procedures for laboratory materials and dangerous goods.
  
  

The base salary range for this full-time position is $19-21/ hour (including Packaging Technician I and II range). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
