This subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality in all operations. In this role, you will directly support our plasma center's efficiency and donor experience while ensuring donor safety and eligibility.
Your Role and Contributions :
- You will assess donor eligibility through informed consent, medical history interviews, physical examinations, and blood testing.
- You will manage donor reactions at the facility and adhere to SOPs in case of medical emergencies.
- You will communicate effectively with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs on donor health matters and safety protocols.
- You will promote employee vaccinations and manage any workplace incidents according to health and safety guidelines.
- You may serve as a Pandemic Coordinator, depending on authorization, actively participating in community health investigations.

Compensation : The hourly wage range for this position is $21.15 - $29.09, depending on your qualifications and experience.
