Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20 direct reports)
- Ability to travel up to 90-100% during the trainee program
- Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
