About the Role
As a Medical Nurse for Plasma Donation, you will play a vital role in supporting our plasma collection operations and ensuring the highest quality of plasma collected from donors. You will determine donor eligibility, manage informed consent, conduct medical history interviews, and perform physical examinations.
Responsibilities:
- Determine donor eligibility, including proper management of informed consent, AIDS education, and confidential self-exclusion
- Conduct medical history interviews and perform physical examinations
- Review laboratory test results, including Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE)
- Evaluate donor reactions and follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid nursing license or certification is also required.
