About the Role
The Medical Support Professional plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma collection centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating donor reactions, referring to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when necessary, and supporting the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
As a Medical Support Professional, you will also manage employee incidents, determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER, and refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
