This is an exciting opportunity for senior leaders seeking to develop their skills while managing high-volume plasma collection facilities. The expedited training program lasts approximately six months, followed by 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20 direct reports). You must be willing to travel up to 95% during the Trainee Program and have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.
