Responsibilities:
- Determine donor eligibility, including proper management of informed consent, AIDS education, and confidential self-exclusion
- Conduct medical history interviews and perform physical examinations
- Review laboratory test results, including Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE)
- Evaluate donor reactions and follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry and possess a valid nursing license or certification.
