This Role
BioLite is looking for a passionate and strategic finance professional to step into the role of Global Controller and lead our accounting operations across multiple regions. This is a high-impact role at an important moment in BioLite’s journey: we’re growing globally and recent acquisitions are creating exciting opportunities to unify and scale financial operations across diverse markets.
As Global Controller, you'll help integrate processes across our two business segments—Outdoor Markets and Emerging Markets—while building the financial infrastructure needed to support BioLite’s next stage of growth. From global reporting and treasury oversight to tax strategy and audit management, you’ll be at the center of the action, shaping a lean and future-ready finance department.

From global reporting and treasury oversight to tax strategy and audit management, you’ll be at the center of the action, shaping a lean and future-ready finance department.
You Will
- Ensure accurate financial reporting across BioLite's businesses by managing a distributed team and leading the consolidation of multi-entity, multi-currency financial statements.
- Oversee global treasury activities, including cashflow forecasting, working capital oversight, and liquidity planning.
- Manage annual Audit process and external vendors, including tax and audit professionals
- Maintain oversight of BioLite’s financial systems, including NetSuite and other key tools.
- Ensure global tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including international filings.
- Lead BioLite’s global insurance programs and ensure coverage aligns with operational risk and expansion.
- Collaborate with teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Drive process improvement to ensure accurate monthly closes and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Build strong internal controls
- 7 years of relevant work experience, with a mix of public accounting and corporate experience in a company with physical products.
- A CPA or relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite
- A deep knowledge of US GAAP accounting with Audit experience
- A-level analytical and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionality
- A willingness to get deeply involved in the business, while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Experience managing a team of staff accountants across several accounting disciplines (AP / AR, treasury, etc)
- An Understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and consolidations
