We Are Seeking An Enthusiastic, Self-motivated Individual To Help Grow BIOLYTE’s Market Share And Brand Awareness Within The Great Lakes Region (IL, MI, WI And MN). This Person’s Primary Responsibilities Are As Follows:
- Partner with and manage BIOLYTE’s distributors (DSD) to enhance market coverage and sales reach
- Expand BIOLYTE’s presence within existing accounts
- Expand BIOLYTE into new chain and independent retail outlets
- Represent the BIOLYTE brand within assigned region

Responsibilities
- Partner with and manage BIOLYTE’s distributors (DSD) to enhance market coverage and sales reach
- Collaborate closely with distributor partners to develop joint business plans, aligning on sales targets, promotional activities, and distribution strategies
- Provide training, support, and resources to distributor sales teams to effectively promote and sell our products to customers
- Expand BIOLYTE’s presence within existing accounts
- Build relationships with and upsell existing independent and chain accounts (ie. convenience stores, grocery stores, etc.)
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and maintain strong partnerships
- Expand BIOLYTE into new chain and independent retail outlets
- Open new independent and chain accounts (ie. convenience stores, grocery stores, country clubs, boutique hotels, etc.)
- Primarily activate new accounts that are serviced by BIOLYTE’s current traditional retail distributors
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to maximize business opportunities
- Represent the BIOLYTE brand at events within assigned region

- 5 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage, or related industry
- Proven track record of building brands, expanding market share, opening new accounts, and managing relationships with key decision-makers
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat for extended periods of time
- Heavy travel throughout territory (~50%)
- Regional travel to events
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
