Courier/Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup and Delivery: Efficiently collect medical specimens from healthcare facilities and deliver medical supplies to designated locations.
• Timely Transportation: Ensure that all pickups and deliveries are completed within required timeframes to maintain the integrity of medical supplies and specimens.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including any necessary documentation and signatures.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations, particularly related to handling medical materials.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Operate and maintain the courier vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is a plus, especially in the healthcare field.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
