Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes. This includes setting up production molds and machines, performing daily preventive maintenance, and cleaning mold and machine platen areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup production molds and machines according to established processes
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on molds and document any issues found
- Clean mold and machine platen areas as needed
- Support operation in a mold setter function during high production demands
Requirements
- 2 years experience in plastics processing and trouble shooting
- Ability to work night shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- RJG Decoupled Molding Training (Sys 1, Master Molder 1)
- White Belt and Yellow Belt Training
